| PIANC established in 1885 will greet its 125th
anniversary in 2010. To commemorate the 125th anniversary, the Port of Nagoya will host a series of anniversary events from September 10 through 14, 2010. These events will be held by the Organizing Committee composed of the Ports and Harbours Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Fisheries Agency, which represent the government of Japan for PIANC, Nagoya Port Authority, and PIANC-Japan. The anniversary events will include international seminars and technical and cultural tours which will offer various opportunities for participants to learn and experience Japanese technologies and cultures. |

| -Terminal Operator for Third Berth at Nabeta Pier Container Terminal selected

| Accompanying the construction of a third berth at the Nabeta Pier Container
Terminal, a selection committee meeting was held on March 19, 2010 to select
a terminal operator for the new berth. The Nabeta United Container Terminal
Co., Ltd., or NUCT, which was the only company that applied for this selection,
