Nagoya Port Promotion Reception 2023

このたび、名古屋港管理組合では名古屋商工会議所と共に、名古屋港のPRとさらなる利用促進並びに現地での経済交流を目的に、2023年8月にベルギー、イタリア及びスペインへ名古屋港利用促進使節団の派遣を計画しております。

ベルギー訪問中の8月22日（火曜日）夕方には、ブリュッセルにてレセプションを開催し、現地で貿易に携わる日系企業をはじめとするご関係者の皆様をお招きし、懇親を兼ねた意見交換を行いと思います。つきましては皆様のご臨席を心よりお待ちしております。

 

Dear Sir/Madam:

For the purpose of promoting trade through enhanced utilization of our port, the Nagoya Port Authority and Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry are planning to dispatch a mission to Belgium, Italy and Spain in August 2023.

During the mission’s visit to Belgium, we have scheduled a business reception on the evening of August 22nd in Brussels and will invite Japanese companies and other parties involved in trade in Belgium to join us for a friendly exchange of opinions. We would very much like to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to foster a closer relationship with you.

The delegation requests the pleasure of your company at the reception.

名古屋港利用促進レセプションへの参加登録をされる方は、以下リンク先のページにてフォームに必要事項をご入力ください。

登録完了後、名古屋港管理組合（レセプション事務局）から確認メールが送信されますが、送信までにお時間がかかる場合がございます。ご了承ください。

To register, please complete the registration form on our website. You will receive an automated message on this webpage after the registration form has been sent successfully. Your registration will be processed by the Nagoya Port Authority, after which we will  contact you personally.

Please keep in mind that it might take up to a few days to receive an answer.
