Nagoya Port Promotion Reception FY2026

このたび、名古屋港管理組合では名古屋商工会議所と共に、名古屋港のPRとさらなる利用促進並びに現地での経済交流を目的に、2026年8月にドイツ連邦共和国、デンマーク王国及びリトアニア共和国へ名古屋港利用促進使節団を派遣します。

ドイツ訪問中の8月19日（水曜日）夕方には、デュッセルドルフにて、現地で貿易に携わる日系企業をはじめとするご関係者の皆様をお招きし、名古屋港のPR及び意見交換を目的としたレセプションを予定しております。つきましては皆様のご臨席を心よりお待ちしております。

Dear Sir/Madam:

For the purpose of promoting trade through enhanced utilization of our port, the Nagoya Port Authority and Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry will dispatch a mission to the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Lithuania in August 2026.

During the mission’s visit to Germany, we have scheduled a business reception on the evening of August 19th in Dusseldorf and will invite Japanese companies and other parties involved in trade in Germany to promote our Port and also join us for a friendly exchange of opinions. We would very much like to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to foster a closer relationship with you.

The delegation requests the pleasure of your company at the reception.

名古屋港利用促進レセプションへの参加登録をされる方は、以下リンク先のページにてフォームに必要事項をご入力ください。
登録完了後、名古屋港管理組合（レセプション事務局）から確認メールが送信されますが、送信までにお時間がかかる場合がございます。ご了承ください。
なお、複数名のご参加も歓迎いたしますので、その際は大変お手数ですが改めてそれぞれの方の情報をご入力ください。

To register, please complete the registration form on our website. You will receive an automated message on this webpage after the registration form has been sent successfully. Your registration will be processed by the Nagoya Port Authority, after which we will  contact you personally.
Please keep in mind that it might take up to a few days to receive an answer.
